     • Domains, SSL certificates, and third‑party add‑ons are non‑refundable once activated.

6. Domain Registration & Renewal

   • Domain registrations are subject to ICANN rules and registrar policies.
   • Customers are responsible for ensuring timely renewal to avoid loss of ownership.
   • Expired domains may enter redemption or auction phases, during which recovery may incur additional fees.

     • Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam).

   • Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

     • Downtime caused by external providers or internet backbone failures.
   • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last billing cycle.
